# I received this amaryllis at Christmas. I don’t have to water it or…

I received this amaryllis at Christmas. I don’t have to water it or anything and it’s starting to bloom - so pretty!! But … then what? Is this something I plant? In a pot? Or in the ground?

Google it. I keep mine from year to year.

I enjoy hearing from others what they do in addition to research in my own.

I remove it from the wax and just store it in a cool place for 8weeks like a garage.  
Then pot it up in soil and water it. Then once it’s done blooming again i take it out of the pot remove roots then it goes into storage again for 8weeks and then repot
