Looking for advice on my rubber plant!

I bought this rubber plant from Costco about a month ago and placed it in a bright spot near south-facing windows. Since it’s Feb/Mar, the light isn’t super intense. Within the first two weeks, the top two leaves developed spots. I did a bunch of Googling, but didn’t find anything helpful—lots of conflicting info.

Based on the situation, I’m guessing it’s sunburn. The plant came from a dark warehouse, had a big environment change, and only the top two leaves (getting the most direct light) are affected. I moved it to a shadier spot, but it feels too dark for a rubber plant. Now that it’s had a month to adjust, I’m thinking of slowly moving it back to the brighter spot.

Has anyone had this happen or know if this is sunburn? Is it a good idea to move it back to the sunnier spot now that its had time to adjust? Would love some advice!

Yes 90% sure try doing 2 hours 3 days then 6 and so forth

I agree, that looks like a weird sun burn. Slowly accumulating is needed but these can take a good amount of direct sun!
