I need help identifying this plant. I think it’s a succulent. At the moment I have it in succulent soil, mixed with some coconut fiber. I plan to add more succulent soil to this mix because of the mold that’s growing. I think it needs more sun light but anything else I should change to help this plant out.

Looks like a regular jade plant. Needs very bright light or morning sun. Succulent soil would be great. As I always say, avoid Miracle Grow Succulent soil. It’s poor unless you amend it. Soil should be totally dry, as in bone dry, before watering. Then drench until you are sure entire pot is wet. Shallow terracotta pots are always my recommendation for young succulents. Most succulents do best in shallow pots because they have shallow root systems. Hope the info helps. I have quite a few succulents. You can check my Planta.
