Can anyone tell me if this is a problem for my dieffenbachia? Is it a new branch pushing out from the current stem? Is it just splitting for some reason? She’s pushed out 4 new leaves within the past week, so I think she’s relatively healthy, but I’m inexperienced here, so I could be very wrong.

I wouldn’t worry. Probably a new leaf coming out. I’ve had some come crooked and still unfurl a normal, healthy leaf.
