# Hello! I’ve had this basil for quite some time now, and I noticed…

Hello! I’ve had this basil for quite some time now, and I noticed these leaves turning yellow and brown, I’m not sure what to do. I water it every couple days and it gets about 3-5 hours of sunlight. I do not usually have basil, but should I be doing more? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hello, my basil was turning yellow because I was overwatering it and not having adequate drainage. That was just my experience though. Basil can be finicky
