Does the pot have drainage? I’d suggest repotting in a chunkier mix, Zz plants are native to the dry lands of Africa

Cut that off and stop watering it. They want to rely on the water stored in the rhizomes before being watered again

I agree with the other comments. Just wanted to post a pic of ZZ plant roots in case you haven’t seen them before - the rhizomes kinda look like potatoes!! They hold A LOT of water so they can go a very long time without it. I only water my ZZ every 3 months or so (but of course this depends on the plant’s environment)

Need more light and a lot less water. Only water every 2 months or so
