# I just got this plant recently, and was wondering about any care…

I just got this plant recently, and was wondering about any care tips. It sits on my screen porch, and faces mostly east. I’m in Lowcountry SC and need tips to keep it thriving!

I have a few of these now. All started with a small pot my wife bought at Costco. Ours about died and went from a full plant to only 3 standing leafs. I’ve since transplanted more than 6 of its spone. These are 2 of the recent. They seem to love indirect sunlight best. Other than keeping them watered, the indirect sun seems to be the ticket.

i've had a silver dragon nearly three years now. it sits in my west window, no special lights, and in my normal house humidity, which is about 50-60% for me during the summers, i'm in central FL. i follow a "weakly weekly" fertilizer schedule, just a splash of fertilizer with every watering. my big mama (original plant) has given me over five babies and has recently gifted me some flowers. wishing you luck! mine looked just like that when i got it and this is her now.

This plant is a sliver dragon alocasia and it requires east facing window light and slightly moist soil at all times
