# I have a split leaf thaumatophylum that keeps growing tiny new…

I have a split leaf thaumatophylum that keeps growing tiny new leaves, only a few inches tall, and then they wither and die. Why? 😫 it also has a leaf turning yellow. This plant has struggled over the past year - it had thrips which I treated successfully but more than half of its leaves died.

Do you need to fertilize it? Correct type of fertilizer?
