Hello plant parents. Any advice on use of grow light to supplement lack of sun during winter days? How many hours is sufficient and what does the difference in your energy bill look like when persistently using. Here’s a pic of plants under grow light and the power source for my lamp

I give mine 12 hours a day. The cost is minimal. 4 stand lights and 10 strips running 12-14 hours a day, probably $10-$15.
