if you go to the specific plant you can go into the settings and scroll to the bottom, you can delete it completely or move it to your plant graveyard

Go to the plant. In the plant settings, there is a gear icon where you can delete the plant or you can send it to the graveyard as a memory of plants that died.

They have a gift option as well if you gifted the plant
