Wondering if this plant looks like it needs to be repotted to a slightly larger pot yet? It's growing quite fast and getting a couple of new leaves each week. I've heard these babies are quite fussy about being repotted though...

I would say it looks ready, the soil seems to be pushing out of the pot, unless that is how it was potted. If you can wiggle it free from the nursery pot to check the roots, see if there are swirling the bottom. If you cannot, but you see a bunch of roots popping out the bottom holes of the nursery pot then yes most likely it is ready :)) just make sure to do it the day after you water it. This is usually what I do 🤷🏼‍♀️
