# Ficus has fallen and it can’t get up! Has anyone ever had this happen…

Ficus has fallen and it can’t get up!

Has anyone ever had this happen before? It seems super healthy, growing a ton, but I was surprised to find it had bent over 90 degrees overnight.

I’ll be propping it up with a support pole and hoping for the best, but geez what a drama queen!

As they grow bigger they do need support, if you do not spend your pot each time you water so the sun will make stems grow evenly

I do rotate it with each watering to keep it even. I think it just needs some support like you said! This is the biggest of this variety I’ve grown, so I wasn’t prepared for her to just topple over so suddenly.

I would check your root ball it may be bigger than the pot. When was your last repot. This plant will stretch for the light as well. You have it in a window so that shouldn’t be your issue
