Idk why the leaves are so droopy :/

It looks healthy overall. Is it getting more light in that direction? It could just be angling the leaves for maximum light absorbtion

What about the really droopy ones on the far right? Wouldn't they get more light when they're spread out?

They would, but the plant may be prioritizing one over the other, or it may have odd opinions on that (i have an alocasia leaf that insists on aiming for bounced light off a wall instead of getting light from the room)
