# Does anyone else have a Christmas berry? I was gifted this a couple…

Does anyone else have a Christmas berry?  
I was gifted this a couple weeks ago and been looking up care tips, but I’m finding things that conflict with Planta’s care plan. Some sources say to keep moist and never let the soil dry up; Planta says to wait until FEBRUARY to water him again. I’m inclined to think it’s actually the app wrong because the tippy-top new growth wilts then bounces back when I give it water.  
How do you all care for yours?

I don't think everything on this app is right. I've found quite a few items that don't make sense. I water when I stick my fingers in the earth at least 2" and it's dry. I know my plant better than an app. I've had mine for at least 5+ years. It's only the last year that I'm getting flowers. A month ago a berry grew. You are the best judge of your plants as to when and how much to water. I'll add a pic later when my husband stops sleeping on the couch. Lol
