Me too! Sometimes I try to cluster the plant chores to the same day to make it easier.

How do you come up with your names for your plants? I feel very creative trying to come up with them but also very pressured 🤣

It depends on the type of plant, but I try to come up with something based on the name of the plant or what the characteristics of the plant remind me of. For example, my baby rubber plant is named Ducky (like rubber ducky). I have an aluminum plant named Reynold (after the aluminum foil brand), have a black velvet begonia named Allannah after the singer who sang the song “Black Velvet,” a silver squill named Leo ‘cause the leaves look like leopard print… etc. 😆

Reynold’s name is one of my favorites. Makes me laugh every time! 😆 Trying to think of what other funny ones I have – just got a boobies cactus that I named Areola Grande (can’t take credit for this nickname, though lol), a Venus flytrap I named Trap Queen, fiddle leaf fig named Mr. Figglesworth, a creeping fig named Figlet, escargot begonia named Gary (from SpongeBob lol), Hoya compacta named Tortellini (‘cause the leaves look like little tortellinis lol), breakdance begonia named B-Boy… all I can think of right now off the top of my head. 😆

I ask ChatGPT sometimes lol. I got my monstera at the same time as smaller pink plant (RIP) and it gave me Elphaba and Glinda 🧙‍♀️🪄

This is why I water by location. Put everything into locations and just water everything in that location hehehehe

I have almost 300 planta notifications 😂 figure it’s better to put my energy into caring for the plants rather than keeping up with the app

100%! The watering I’m pretty good about but still have some overdue by a few days sometimes. Progress reports is another story!
