does anyone have any tips on how to make my Algerian ivy fuller??

You can propagate the ends and put the rooted cuttings back into the soil.

The it will look fuller with additional plants in the pot , as mentioned above by SparkyPlants.

You can add more light or move the light closer to the leaves. Algerian ivy can take full sunlight. The plant will put out leaves with nodes that are closer together and give a fuller look when exposed to more light.
