i love my hanging pothos and trailing philodendrons - super fast growers and pretty easy to care for.

Dendrobium anosmum or D. Aphyllum are fun. They're pretty easy orchids. They can be a teeny bit tricky to bloom, but if you miss a year they'll just have more flower potential for next time. They like a wet season/dry season cycle, so soak them in summer and really resist watering in winter
