Finally picked up this book today as I wanted to support one of my favorite plant podcasters. Coincidentally, I own or have owned almost all the plants she talks about, though I guess that’s not too big of a surprise. One of these days, I want to pick up a coffee table book about houseplants. Anyone have any plant books they recommend for reading or just thumbing through?

Shockingly — not a bad guide and coffee table book.

Awesome! Curious what podcast that is. I’m a pod junkie and always looking for more 😉

The podcast is ‘On The Ledge’. Good stuff.

Yes, I love her more recent ‘after dark’ episodes where they let loose a little! I’m hoping her sabbatical isn’t too long. I’ve had podcast hosts go on those and never come back. But yeah, she’s great!

I agree, it’s that yearning to hear an old friend’s voice and sometimes sadness when there’s no explanation.

I do have a bunch of coffee table books. Some to do with plant design and landscaping. The open book is Cottages in Sun- Bungalows of Venice California (great visuals). The Cactus Odyssey is a fascinating read if you’re into cacti.
