I had a dream I had a mini forest of Norfolk pines all over my house. That would be impractical, but preeetty cool.

Viola atropurpurea. It's an alpine violet from the Andes mountains. Nobody has figured out how to care for it in captivity yet (so far, it tends to survive, but it grows out of shape). It's so beautiful that I hope to someday give it a try to study what it needs (with respect for its wild conservation, of course)

I wish I could grow lilies since they’re my favourite flower, but they’re so poisonous to cats! There’s no way I will ever let them anywhere close to my house or my garden 😔

I know, lilies are so pretty but so scary as a cat owner! Tbf I’m so afraid of getting pollen on my clothes, I give them a very wide berth any time I visit a flower shop 😂 My garden is only specifically composed of plants that are safe for cats (my cat doesn’t go outside but we have several neighbourhood cats visiting) XD
