Have a very large elephant ear alocasia in desperate need of support? Any opinions on what to use as keep losing healthy stems due to massively sagging. Thank you!

This looks like a Alocasia Regal Shield. A few things can cause leaves to sag: watering issue, lack of light, low fertilizer.
Watering issues - Check the roots. They don’t need to go completely dry between watering. But, they don’t like their roots to sit in a puddle of water. Check for rot (mushy smelly roots)

Lack of sufficient light - They thrive in very bright indirect light. They can take early morning or late afternoon sunlight. They need to go in a south window when inside to get enough indirect light. Use sheer curtains to reduce the sunlight to avoid sunburns. A grow light running 8 - 12 hours is an alternative.

Also: She may need to be buried deeper to help with the leaves falling over. It’s pretty common to plant the bulbs initially very close to the surface or even slightly peeking out, but once matured I’ve found they do better at least a few inches down
