Why are my “Sweet Mint” leaves turning brown?

It is on an end table in front of a south facing window. It was originally on the windowsill of the south facing window.

Might be a fungal issue due to not much airflow

Could be a watering issue but I don’t know how often you’re watering. Id put it outside if possible and keep it evenly moist. If you cut off the undesired bits it’ll grow back.

Looks like too much water on the roots. The brown patches will be soft and pliable when overwatered. The brown patches will quickly turn dry and crispy when under watered.

Mints thrive in direct sun. Gradually get it used to direct sunlight (or grow light). The sun will help dry the soil faster. Water only when the soil dries.

Too much water, mint is from Greece, it likes to dry out

But it’ll also do this if not consistently watered. Especially when grown in a pot. If you let it dry out too much then water drastically it doesn’t do well IMO
