Hello! Does anyone know if this is a new shoot? I've never had a plant make a new shoot before, and I know some plants will grow new shoots but I didn't think smaller plants did.

Any advice would help, I recently had to spray her with Neem oil due to fungus gnats but she has a whole heck of a lot of new leaves growing in.

Could be a new shoot or a semi aerial root. Leave it and keep it somewhat moist and see where that takes you :)
