this is my monstera and it’s very full but i want it to grow tall and large leaves, so i was wondering how i can manage to do this. should i propagate?  
i don’t think i can put a support pole because all the leaves and things are all in different directions.

It’s a tedious process but best bet is probably to try to separate the many plants in that pot, then repot the biggest 2-3 all facing outward with a support in the middle. If you want the really big leaves they’ll need something to grab onto. It doesn’t have to be a moss pole, but they won’t get nearly as big without support

Mine is like that. I didn’t separate the smaller plants, but I still put a moss pole and just attach the bigger leaves to it that need the support
