What can I do to prevent this browning \& also I have leaves growing but they are very skinny how do I get them to become a lil beefy

Not sure how to prevent, (I’m a newer plant owner) but someone on here recommended to trim off the brown/dead parts (not the whole leaf)

They like a consistent watering schedule and medium humidity. I also rotate my pot weekly.
