# Need help with my Coconut orchid. This orchid came to me healthy and…

Need help with my Coconut orchid. This orchid came to me healthy and beautiful and blooming I had it in a north facing window and decided it was not getting enough sun. I moved it outside. I’m in Fl zone 9. She is still showing stress. The bulbs have wrinkles. I’m watering daily and have a humidity tray under her. Any advice is appreciated.

Is the soil to damp it might have root rot

you moved it too suddenly. all plants, no matter the kind, must be acclimated to full sun, especially from a north window which is full shade. take it back inside in front of a west window, slowly move it to a south window, and once acclimated to indoor full sun it can be moved to outdoor full shade for a day, then part shade for a couple days, and then full sun.
