Looks like a silver band Maranta to me

The texture does look the same ! 🤔 here’s the underside of the leaves some have purple ish on the leaves

Yeah, looks like a Maranta starter. Silver Band is still my bet. Here are some Maranta NoID “cats mustache” starters I have. Very similar leaf pattern including how new leaves sprout.
