This is my huge snake plant and when the sun hits it just the right way, it really showcases those beautiful patterns 💚

It’s so lovely and it has gnats, and I have been fighting the gnats for months and months, it’s just brutal

Oh my gosh, they really can be brutal! 😩 Are you doing anything for them? I usually go for the yellow sticky traps and I’ll also put small cups with a tiny bit of wine in the bottom, and plastic wrap on top and I’ll use a toothpick to poke tiny holes and they love to go in those and get trapped.

Am I doing anything? I am doing \*everything\*!!!

\- using death drops  
\- using sticky traps  
\- bottom watering  
\- soil covering  
\- dusting with cinnamon

These things have kind of kept it down a bit, but I can’t completely eliminate them

I love this philodendron brasil and got the idea to take a picture each day to see the leaf grow. I think it’s fascinating! It’s a new plant to me so I think it’s cool it starts with the stripe.
