Money tree care suggestions needed! This money tree was a gift to my place of business, from a friend/client. She passed away about a month ago and we really want to preserve and treasure this little tree in memory of her. It's dropped a lot of leaves.

looks like sun damage to me. move it further away from the window/ inside if it's outside. also check for pests

I always see people say the braided ones might have something strangling the roots in the pot, be it rubber bands or another smaller pot. Idk how dedicated you are or if you wanna take the effort to unpot it, but if so I’d check the roots too just to make sure there’s no death trap.

Repot for sure and open up the roots. Add a bit of fertilizer too. I got a grow light and mine loves it.
