I am trying to be a good plant mother for the first time! My husband said if I can keep an outdoor planter alive this summer I'll be allowed to bring a plant into the house 😂. We've got, Black Petunias, Jet Black Caroline Sweetheart, and two different varieties of Coleus! I really want to build a goth garden!

Welcome to the fun of goth gardening! This is a photo of the goth garden I made this year. I want to add so much more to it, but I keep reminding myself I don’t have to do everything right away. 🖤

Flawed logic!!! In my opinion, indoor plants are “easier” to keep alive because you have so much more control over the environment. Plus… I think there’s a legit difference between indoor green thumb and outdoor green thumb. My mom - amazing at outdoor. Kills everything indoors. I’m the exact opposite. Don’t let one planter determine your entire future as a plant parent!

Thank you!! I know it's not exactly the same. My problem is my ADHD means I forget to water. A friend recommended Planta annd here I am! I WILL do this right this time! 💪🏼

That’s why I love it!!! All my plants are little tamagotchis that tell me exactly when I need to pay attention!

I agree 100%, I suck at outdoor plant care but doing pretty good with house plants. What if…and just hear me out…what if you happened to bring home a house plant and ask for forgiveness instead of permission? Hahaha
