Thankful Thursday - Today we’re grateful for the tiny joys, new leaves, soft moss, warm light. What’s your plant gratitude this week? 💚

Soil is free serotonin! There’s a little soil microbe (Mycobacterium vaccae) that helps release happy‑chemicals in the brain. So when we garden, it actually lowers anxiety and boosts mood. Plants really do make us happier… nature’s tiny antidepressants lol 🌱🩷

The plants I have outside that looked dead during the Florida Frostmageddon Feb. 2026 are showing signs of rebirth. I am seeing green at the bottom of the plants!
