Just recently this leaf on my monstera Peru leaf. I bought it from a box box store and repotted it once I got it. This leaf originally was green with lots of yellow spotting on it. Any I indicator of what this could be?

Always remove suspicious leaves. That way if its a fungus it doesn't spread, or spread as rapidly.

looks like a type of fungus. cut that leaf off as soon as possible and if it happens again change the soil and check the roots!
