# You guys have truly been the best help! What is going on with these?…

You guys have truly been the best help!

What is going on with these?  
The pearls seem to be doing ok, but also like they’re peeling, shedding?  
I have had the cactus about 2 weeks. It bloomed great the first few days. Now the flower part looks dead, and not sure what the seedling looking thing are doing

No advice on the cactus, string of pearls might be hard water deposits? Does it wipe off or seem to be part of the plant? I have hard water and have not had this happen yet, but I’ve heard of it happening to other people.

So up close, they have some type of root? Maybe lol I put it in soil, we’ll see if anything happens, doubtful but hopeful!

Interesting! I have no experience with this. Maybe look up how to harvest (insert name of cactus) seeds?
