My local 🎯Target started selling a decent amount of small and medium-sized plants and I have so many questions. When's the last time any of these were watered? Why do half of them look near dead? Who's taking care of them? Are they a certified horticulturalist?

Yes I want to rescue them all 😂 bought two lil 5in guys for $5 each. Soil was hard as a rock. Literally. Had to rip apart chunks of compacted soil that just wouldn't absorb water anymore.
