I cut all the leaves off about 2 weeks ago and left the roots. A few small sprouts came out but quickly died. In the last photo i don't see anything in there. IF you want to try and save it i suppose you can give it some good indirect light and wait to see if anything happens BUT it doesn't look like its worth saving. That's just my opinion. I can't keep these plants alive ever!! So... good luck if you want to see.. ### iBenchbuses님이 2026-03-23에 댓글을 남겼어요. They like lots of light! Honestly I have found that a bright grow light or window does it the best service. It does not like staying wet so do try to let it dry out some. I would say about half way dry before watering again. This plant loves bushing out. Which is nice if you only have one. It can eventually fill out the pot. I’ve noticed that the red and pink ones do tend to die off randomly vs the white variegated ones? Probably due to the lack of chlorophyll. It’s like a monstera albo in the sense that too much light and the variegation will cause it die since there’s no way for it to absorb sunlight. I agree with the comment above that I don’t think there’s anything left to save this time. BUT, now you know what NOT to do for you next one!! And remember give it lots of light and more time in between waterings ☺️ ### Kyle I.님이 2026-03-23에 댓글을 남겼어요. I had the worst luck with these pink polka dots, too. Same issue - seemed like it was in the right light and soil, but leaves kept dropping, it would get really leggy even though it had good light, it would never get "bushy" the way online documentation described for this plant. I wish I found a solution, but I tried all the tips I found online and nothing worked. ### Christina님이 2026-03-23에 댓글을 남겼어요. These babies can be very dramatic. Good draining soil so they dont have wet feet but also they will start to wilt the exact moment they feel slightly thirsty. Its a balancing act. However they also immediatly bounce back when you water. I check soil and wait for a slight sense the leaves are wilting and then i water. Mine gets good morning sun in an east facing window and is doing good. I killed my first one before this tho😬🫣🤷‍♀️ ### B님이 2026-03-24에 댓글을 남겼어요. I have a polka dot it hates being by the window hates when the sun is directly hitting it. The leaves start to turn brown/ yellow and fall off. My polka dot is in my room by the shade but Half my room gets bright light they love bright INDIRECT LIGHT !
