They are only on the dorsal side. That’s weird. I suggest to get a magnifying glass and look for moving creatures (mites or thrips) But also check those spots in that alocasia behind.

Sometimes they are just some spores over growing and it needs more airflow and less misting. I used to live in a really humid place and that was a thing. Turn in the fan and open the windows and new leaves would be ok.

Hello, It could be spider mites, i recently noticed the same on my plants and was spider mites
