Beautiful all green spider plant. They are hard to find sometimes since the variegated ones are popular.

You should wait until the aerial roots are at least 1/2 inch long. See my photo. Then, plant in moist soil with some rooting hormone powder. Let the soil dry out and inch before watering again. Give it bright indirect sunlight and diluted fertilizer twice a month.

You can propagate in water too. I find it’s easy to put it in soil to avoid the transition from water to potting soil. Change the water when cloudy. Fertilize with diluted fertilizer.🪴🍀
