Her’s are looking a bit sad, just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to get them a bit healthier. The plant itself is Jade, pruned and prepared by a coworker who is a bansai enthusiast (so I’m sure the prep work was done properly). Never seen a jade in bonsai form before, but the leaves look thin and dehydrated so they likely need water. Trees in bonsai form tend to need watering much more frequently than your average plants; not sure if that may be true for a succulent plant. As it dries the roots will come out searching for moisture. Be patient it may take a couple months to root. If you're trying to "plan" its growth, remember if you cut off a leaf a brach will come in its place.
