Hi! Are these webs from spider mites or just a normal spider ?? The webs are all the way up the handle and I don’t notice any on the plant other than the top

That’s from a friendly spider 🕷️

Agreed. They’re typically good eaters of common houseplant pests, so I wouldn’t worry about it damaging your plant 🌱
