you’ve got some big rehab ahead of you — good luck!! 💪🏼 that orchid is about to walk itself right out of that pot 😂

Good luck with them all! Wishing for the best for the couple who gifted you the plants, too. My family recently had to help my great aunt move into assisted living, and we inherited her dog after her husband passed away, so I hope they’re treated well in their new home. (Btw psst psst if you’re looking for African Violet or Orchid soil mixes, Espoma makes organic mixes for them. Not sponsored I just know some folks really have to hunt for a good Orchid and African Violet mix 😂)

Omg thank you for the recommendation!!!! My mom has a bunch of them and they are living but I wouldn’t say thriving lol because I think the soil isn’t right. I have A LOT of repotting to do lol. I hope your great aunt is adjusting well to her new space!

No problem! And good luck with the repotting. Definitely make a post if you need any help with the new plants. If that’s a lil peperomia I spot, I’d be happy to share some tips if you’re new to them 👀 I know orchids can be really tough to take care of, so just wanted to help share where to get some soil if that can make the transition to a new home a little easier for the plants. And thanks, she lives much closer to us now, and her dog has become a very sweet little addition to the family 🥰 she’s a lil’ peanut.
