I heard moss does well in terrariums but that’s the extent of my moss knowledge

You just have to be extra careful not to get it too humid or hot, it can grow mold that way

There are many many different types of mosses! I would look into which ones you’re attracted to the texture of and try to imitate its natural habitat as best as possible:)
