Very pretty! You can propogate these arguably easier than most plants. I love doing so bc they look great right off the bat no matter how you do it.

They are pretty finicky when it comes to hard mineral water so maybe try filtered, api drops, or distilled if the leaves start to look burned

I trim mine back to almost nothing every year around January / February. After I cut it back it gets a fresh flush of foliage and looks great until the following December when the leaves start to look ugly. It seems to be the way mine goes every year.
