What is this seemingly growing or coming out of my Tubber Tree?

Looks like sap; it'll dry into rubber. Your plant got a small scrape- nothing to be concerned about, you can take the dried rubber off, if you want. Just be careful, the sap and rubber are toxic so wear gloves/use a paper towel
