Update: Had planted this yesterday, it’s one healthy hugger. It is a Pygmy date palm, phoenix rebelini (sub tropical palm) known to grow in double, triple, and sometimes even quad.  
Native to South Asia, and it grows a hard like shell

Also known as a dwarf palm, slow growing , short curving.  
I highly suggest getting at least two for your yard or indoors, the aura of an amazing scent with at least 4-5 ft , highly recommend mixed with a lavender plant near.  
Added to my collection : 6inches a year  
Highly suggest picking up ph, potassium and magnesium fertilizer is a must,
