I’ve been having issues with this scindapsus for awhile, it hasn’t grown much and new leaves/shoots sometimes just turn brown and die off.

What’s up with this?

I completely agree with PlantyAnn!👆😁  
My plants each have specific needs for potting mix that All Purpose Potting mix like Miracle Gro is almost useless. Pothos/Scindapus/Spider Plants need a well draining mix. Hoyas need a chunky mix without peat moss. Succulents and cacti need a completely different mix. I have to mix my own to reduce costs.
