Has anyone air layered a woody stem of agleonema? I need to reset mine, but want to make sure it will actually root the top cutting. Afraid if I just chop and prop, it won't root.

I haven’t done a thick one, but yes on Agleonema Maria. She roots amazingly in water. I just put the props right back in the mother plant.
