I have this desert rose plant. I’ve had it for two years now. It has always had a problem of sorts. First time I got it it had aphids. I cleared that up and then I think I overwatered it. Over the past year it was doing way better so I sent it to my husband‘s job. He brought it home looking like this. I repotted it in some cactus soil. I would like to bring it back to recovery. Has anyone cut it down so it can start new growth? Or do I just give it time and let it grow again.

So does no one have a comment on this? I need to know if people have cut back this plant has it grown better? Or will it die. I need some help thanks for all the likes.
