Does anyone know what’s wrong with my lemon grass? I know i have to repot it I’m just waiting on the pots and soil :(  
Please don’t tell me it’s dead

If there’s green there’s something to save 💚 I still see some green  
The soil looks pretty moist unless you just watered it recently; I suggest making sure it doesn’t have root rot. If that’s not it, I’d make sure it’s not too hot or too much sun

I watered it yesterday after not watering it for a couple days, how do i check for root rot?

You’ll have to smell the soil, especially around the lower half of the container. If it stinks of anything but that natural earthy smell it’s probably root rot, you can also visually inspect the roots and if any are turning mushy and gray/black then that’s a sure sign. The best thing to do with root rot is put it in a much better draining soil mix as soon as possible and then give it a haircut to remove any dead leaves.

My dad says rock salt will help give back essential minerals to the plant! He’s been gardening for years.
