Heart leaf philodendron is my guess. I have a lot of pothos both variegated and solid green and that doesn’t fit

The subtle off green reminds me of either emerald or global green pothos, though leaning towards emerald because the inner green is darker than the outer \[opposite for global\]. I can't find any good examples of emerald, but here's a global green for ref!
