Halloween countdown: Fungus Gnat Fright

"Enter the fungus gnats—tiny, pesky terrors that swarm your plants like a ghostly cloud! They’re everywhere, buzzing around your face, even flying straight into your nostrils when you least expect it. These relentless pests might be harmless, but they haunt your home like a curse, never truly leaving. Just when you think they’re gone... they’re back, driving you mad with their endless fluttering!"

Anyone who won the fight against them? Anyone who still fights?

I always add MICROBE-LIFT BMC Biological Mosquito Control, Liquid Treatment drops to my water, bottom water, use fly traps, and 1/4 hydrogen peroxide 3/4 water to pour over top of plants that need it. Have been doing this for quite a while now and have noticed significant decrease in gnats and they have stayed away 🙌

I wouldn’t say I’ve conquered them but my flesh eating plants have made them something I don’t care about anymore only see one or two now a days and when I do I’m happy knowing my carnivorous plants bellies will be full.

I think I won the fight! \*knocks on wood or something\*  
Also, I did nothing to send them packing. They just left. Maybe I truly forgot to water my plants enough that they died out? Idk. But they’re gone and my nose hairs no longer collect them!

I used hydrogen peroxide. There might still be a few left, but its not enough that I notice, unless I'm looking for them.

Place small dishes of water containing Dawn dish soap and white wine. Sounds crazy but the smell of the wine and dish soap makes the water viscous so they can’t escape. I was amazed how many I killed.
