My jade has been in this pot since 7/25/24 and has grown well. It recently started sprouting roots near the bottom. Does this mean I should repot? Should I repots and take off the bottom leave to pot lower in a pot? Do the aerial roots mean something else?

Its up to you if you want to prune or not. Small ariel roots are normal at the base of new branches. Sometimes it can mean they want a bit more water. Make sure its getting a good soak when you water and thwn let it dry out. I just prunned and propped 1 wonky branch, repottted this monster after 3 years and i actually went down a size cuz they like to be a lil snug.

The airborne roots are so that you can repot it and and the new roots will be part of the root system
